Open Enrollment can be fairly confusing; we want to make it simple! Check out this list below of things to do to make sure you’re up-to-date on everything you need to do this year!

  • Check in on what benefits you’re currently enrolled in on your online portal (SAP for City, PeopleSoft for County, and RHSC for Retirees

  • Read through Benefit Materials provided by the City/County/RHSC

  • Ensure you’re registered on the SDPEBA portal

  • Review the SDPEBA Open Enrollment Website

  • If your partner/spouse is on your plans, be sure to share it with them too!

  • Attend events, like Benefit Help Day

  • Enroll in new plans through SAP for City/County and RHSC for retirees before OE ends

  • City OE Ends 11/18

  • County OE ends 10/22

  • Retiree OE ends 11/24

  • Enroll in SDPEBA’s supplemental plans through our online form on our website before OE ends on November 24th

Please use this checklist as you see fit. As always, if you have any questions, email support@SDPEBA.org or give us a call 888-315-8027.
