San Diego Access and Crisis Line (ACL)
The ACL is a crisis intervention hotline that connects you to licensed mental health clinicians for free. These trained professionals can help you cope with difficult situations and also help you find ways to talk to someone else who is going through a rough time. They offer a 24/7 phone line and online chat services from 4pm – 10am.

Mobile Crisis Response Team
The MCRT provides in-person support to anyone experiencing a mental health, drug, or alcohol related crisis in San Diego County. To contact MCRT call 888-724-7240.

National Hotlines
