How to Sign up for Aflac

Signing up for Aflac is extremely simple, but it’s only available during open enrollment.

Once you’re on that site, you can enroll just by heading to this website and clicking “Enroll in Aflac” on the side. Just be sure you follow the instructions on our website when it comes to your Aflac PIN and entering your EEID.
